I did it ! And I survived! 28 days cleanse and 28 daysof Vegan, no rice, no potatoes, pasta or bread either. Yes, I might've dropped a couple pounds but I feel clean & greatt. From now on I'll be much more mindful of what I'm eating , not only for myself but also for the environment . I recommend everyone to at least try it, I'd love to know how you feel after .
